Instructions
Roast the Jowar Flour: In a pan, roast 1 cup of jowar flour on medium heat until it turns golden and releases a nutty aroma. Set aside.
Prepare the Jaggery Syrup: In another pan, melt ½ cup of jaggery with 2-3 tablespoons of water. Strain to remove impurities and set aside.
